In the words of Elle Woods. It is extremely important going into the summer months to take care of your hair. I love to take risks and make changes with mine. I have had bangs, bobs and blonde in the past 4 years and am now just getting back to the basics with a long style. Regardless of what you do with your hair moisturizing and takings great care of it makes it look fabulous. Here are my tips and tricks. 1. WASH YOUR HAIR with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I use Moroccanoil, but there are millions of products that offer damage repair and moisturizing. Let the conditioner sit for 5 minutes. 2. NOT THAT OFTEN. Lets be real - no one has time to wash and style every day, and its not good for your hair. My curly hair looks like Beyonce after I'm done blow drying (let me have this one thing in common with Beyonce please). I only wash mine once a week, but find what works for you! 3. HAIR OIL. Flower Child
Happy Easter Everyone! I hope you all had a great time celebrating whatever your spring holiday is with friends and family! Since I'm Greek my Easter usually does not fall on the same day as the traditional American celebration. I use this to my advantage and snag outfits and gifts on sale. This year I was not so lucky, but still enjoyed the holiday. We bounced from brunch with my Grandma to a Big Fat Greek celebration at my cousins. Christopher was too young to care, but next year I'm going all out! My flower child dress from BCBGeneration was under $100 and perfect for Easter and a few upcoming weddings and showers. Even better it comes in over 10 … [Read more...]

They are beyond comfortable and super cute. I tend to opt for plainer items that I can wear with more outfits, but there are so many ways to spice this trend up! Shop some extra fancy styles below! … [Read more...]
Spring Shoes
The Never Ending Search for "Mom Shoes": Spring Edition. In case you had not realized...I love heels like Oprah loves bread. "I LOVE THEM! I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!" That being said, chasing a one year old in them is becoming increasingly difficult. Christopher is now running, jump and climbing (stairs, shelves, stacked toys). I don't think I will ever give up my stilettos for evening wear, but day to day I am in desperate need of comfier heels. I found these Hinge 'Cora' Block Heels on sale at Nordstrom for $60 and they are beyond comfortable. I bought mine in Chestnut Suede. They come in 6 colors and I cannot wait to wear them this weekend in Dallas. Here are links to purchase these and other block heels I love at every price point. … [Read more...]
