This dress was such a great find. I was out shopping with my mom for a dress to wear to Christopher’s Baptism and found this. Thank god she forced me to buy it because its my new perfect for fall dress. The bow tie around the neck is my favorite part but the bottom is pretty amazing too! There are a few different ways to accessorize and the hat is going to be my fall go to. In case you didn’t read in my post on the (Not) Leather Skirt, I love a neck detail that means I don’t have to search high and low for a necklace to match my outfit. It’s such a fun trend this fall. Not to mention, the bow around the neck ties nicely into the bow on the shoes. My second favorite feature of the dress is the pleating. Everywhere! It makes it so whimsy and feminine. I have an olive complexion that pairs with this hunter green color very well and feel great wearing it, but it can be an overwhelming color when you think about camo and all of the big green parkas you see in the fall. The pleats along with the bow make it so girly! You’ve definitely seen this fedora before but we just can’t stop wearing it. The suede ties in fall so perfectly and it looks great with everything!
