It’s December, which means it’s OFFICIALLY the holiday season!!! I love this time of the year. There is something so magical about it, especially in Chicago. Don’t let my husband see this post, but I love the snow (he’s cuban and hates the cold)! I searched for the perfect fair isle sweater for the season forever and just couldn’t find what I was looking for. Everything was either way over budget, made of wool (ick, itchy), made of cashmere (lovely, but too $$), or weirdly cut (no boxy sweaters please!). I’m normally a pretty conservative dresser, but I thought it would be fun to pair this very traditional sweater with distressed denim and polished pumps. I have to say I love this look! I wore it the day after thanksgiving when my husband’s family decorated the Christmas tree. You will see me rocking this outfit on repeat until February!
