Leather jackets are a must have fall item. You can dress them up or down and they always go with chambray. My jacket has a special High Heel Hydrangeas meaning behind it because it was one of my first shopping excursions with Katie. She had just moved up to Chicago and we went shopping on Michigan Avenue where she wanted to take me to this really cool store that she had been to with her mom the weekend before (we shop a lot okay?). All she could remember were the sewing machines in the window and so we went off on a mission to find the largest All Saints I have ever been in, and my first (definitely not last) time in one. We spent about 2 hours combing through the store in love with every item we picked up and appalled at the price of real leather. Katie even bought an amazing dress that I will force her to post after this. Just as we were about to leave we spotted this jacket 70% off and I started to hum and haw over spending what was still a fortune on a jacket. At this point Katie looked at me point blank and said “If you don’t buy it I am going to” and I ran to the register. I have now owned it for 5 years and it still looks brand new. Christopher even uses it as a chew toy when I’m holding him in it and its in pristine condition and one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Moral of the story…BUY THE JACKET!
