I love this Splendid dress for hot weather! Racer back. Check. Tank Top. Check. Fitted. Check. Cotton and Cool. Check. I wear it all of the time with wedges for dinners and dates or sandals for every day. George and I love to walk around and explore so wearing this dress is perfect to throw on and accessorize for wherever we're at. I purposely forced myself to buy it in a (neutral) color and avoid black. Let's not get carried away because I know what I like people. I love the midi length because it's so easy to opt for a maxi when its hot out, but why not wear something a little shorter in the fun spring and summer months? Pretty in Pink
Pink is an IT color for summer and I love wearing a light shade when you're tan, which I plan to be by the end of May. If I have to spray it on I will! I love basic tanks for day to evening all summer long. You can find different fabrics and little button details that really dress them up or down for whatever the occasion you have. This L'Academie tank is a favorite snag of mine from Revolve and I know I will get my wears out of it. The button detail is amazing. Body Suits
Bodysuits are the new tucked in shirt. They are so easy to wear and nothing every gets messed up. I have a hard time keeping my cute tucked in shirts even and perfect (don't lie so do you) so I love a tight bodysuit that is perfect at all times. I own a few of them and definitely plan to get more. The nautical stripes on this top make it perfect for summer and it goes with jean shorts or white jeans depending on where you're off to!
