I love to go on long even paced runs outside; however, I rarely have time to do that anymore. One of my good friends (who happens to be one of the most fit people I know) suggested I try this HIIT treadmill work out during my lunch break. Its perfect because the entire work out takes just over 16 minutes so you can do it as many times as the time you have. I usually go twice through.Some helpful hints to maximize the work out.Adjust your incline 15 seconds before the sprints.Adjust your speed 5 second before the sprints.Jump onto the sides after each sprint while the treadmill adjusts to the cool down rate.Don’t get discourage by the speeds. Just adjust to your level and work your way up.
